Free meals continue at Montgomery Public Schools for 2025-26

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Montgomery Public Schools will continue to provide free and reduced-price meals in the 2025-2026 school year, the school board announced.

MPS will continue to partake in the federal Community Eligibility Provision of the Healthy, Hunger-Free Kids Act of 2010 that allows low-income areas to provide free breakfast and lunch to all students, no applications required.
