Alabama Power has introduced a new tool to help customers manage rising power bills as temperatures soar. The Energy Assistant Tool connects users with various assistance programs, ranging from federal help to local nonprofit support.
Teisha Wallace from Alabama Power highlighted the harsh Alabama summers, saying, “These Alabama summer summers can be super brutal. It gets really hot, it gets really humid and muggy. And we know that Alabama Power understands that managing your energy and staying on top of your bills can be super overwhelming.”
