MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A man was arrested Thursday on charges for an assault that happened in late August, according to the Montgomery Police Department.
Police say the incident happened Aug. 23, around 4:20 a.m. in the 5100 block of Carmichael Road.
Jordan Brown, 29, is charged with first-degree assault.
Brown is currently being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility…
