WETUMPKA, Ala. (WSFA) – After a collision with a truck left he bridge damaged in mid-August, the Bibb Graves Bridge in Wetumpka is now fully repaired and back open to traffic, the Alabama Department of Transportation announced in a Facebook post Friday.
The bridge had to be closed off to traffic entirely for several hours on Aug. 15 after a truck that was slightly too tall for the bridge crashed into and cracked one of the arches.
Temporary repairs were made that same day, with final repairs to be made some time later…
