Search intensifies for missing Alabama realtor Ronald Dumas Jr.

Investigators have escalated the search for Ronald Dumas Jr., a 37-year-old Alabama realtor, after uncovering new evidence of his abduction and possible torture following his December disappearance.

Ronald Dumas Jr has disappeared

Authorities believe suspects kidnapped Dumas in Huntsville and transported him to the Memphis area, where they allegedly conspired to rob and harm him. Surveillance footage from December 15, 2024, shows Dumas entering and leaving a liquor store with two women. He appeared unharmed at the time.

One of the women was later found deceased. The other remains missing and is wanted in connection with Dumas’ disappearance.

Evidence Points to Coordinated Abduction

Huntsville Police presented text messages during a recent Aniah’s Law hearing for one of the suspects, suggesting the suspect may have orchestrated the crime remotely.
