MONTGOMERY, Ala. — The Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals has affirmed the murder and assault convictions of a Huntsville man who fatally shot his sister’s boyfriend during a 2021 domestic dispute.
Attorney General Steve Marshall announced that the court upheld the convictions of Michael McDade, 27, who was found guilty in Madison County Circuit Court of murder and second-degree assault.
