GLUCKSTADT, Miss. (WLBT) – A man wanted out of Alabama was arrested in Gluckstadt Saturday.
Officers with the Gluckstadt Police Department were told about a suspect, Arzelius Ramon Hart, wanted for theft of property from Cullman County, Alabama.
Hart was believed to be in the Madison County area…
