MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – For the past week, we’ve been rain-free with plenty of sunshine. And the start of your weekend will be no different. Temperatures started cool this morning in the mid-50s, but quickly increased to where afternoon highs dance all around 80°.
During the afternoon, clouds will become more visible, and later in the night, skies will start to become overcast. The increase in coverage will allow for temperatures to remain milder tonight, only dropping into the upper 50s for your late-night/early-morning lows.
Tomorrow will start mostly cloudy and remain cloudy all day long. A system will be moving in, bringing some much-needed rain to the state of Alabama. This system is bringing mostly rain, but lightning and thunder cannot be ruled out…
