Alabama lawmaker reacts to synagogue threats

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A man is now behind bars after authorities say he made credible threats of violence targeting synagogues across Alabama and surrounding states.

According to the Clarke County Sheriff’s Office, Jeremy Wayne Shoemaker was taken into custody in Needham Alabama.

Police say they found more than a suitcase full of ammunition and body armor when they arrested Shoemaker…
