Attorneys for the Alabama High School Athletic Association (AHSAA) argued in a Friday filing that Gov. Kay Ivey and Alabama House Speaker Nathaniel Ledbetter have no standing to sue AHSAA over its application of athletic policies to students in a voucher-like program.
