MILLBROOK, Ala. (WSFA) – A second arrest has been made in a case of organized retail theft from May, according to the Millbrook Police Department.
Officers responded May 13 to the Walmart on Kelley Boulevard on report of a theft.
The person who made the report told police that on May 11, two men and two women filled their carts with beer, electronics, and other merchandise. The two women then paid for their items and gave their receipts to the men who used them to leave without paying…
