ROCKFORD, Ala. – A 27-year-old Montgomery man, Reginald Radontay Cooper, was arrested on Tuesday, November 25, 2025 charges of Non-Family Murder with a Gun and Theft of Property , $2,500 or greater.
This is not Cooper’s first arrest on those same charges. He was arrested on those charges a little over a year ago, on November 9, 2024. The arrest was made following a homicide investigation that began after shots were fired on County Road 93 in Cottage Grove.
