Alabama Dept. of Public Health urges caution, awareness of holiday-time illness

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – The Alabama Department of Public Health says they are not seeing a lot of respiratory disease activity of what can be considered the ‘big 3′: COVID-19, the flu and RSV.

However, respiratory illnesses can spread quickly, and that includes at holiday dinners.
