ATMORE, Ala. (WKRG) — Four people have been arrested after a person was seen throwing a package over the fence at Fountain Correctional Facility.

According to an Alabama Department of Corrections news release, staff at FCF reported seeing the person throw the package over the fence around 6:50 p.m. on Nov. 26.
