Walton County, FL (WDNews) — A 19-year-old from Troy, Ala., is facing multiple weapons charges after deputies say he pointed a handgun at another driver during a road rage incident on Highway 98 Saturday.
According to the Walton County Sheriff’s Office, the confrontation happened November 29 near Hamon Avenue and Highway 98. Witnesses reported the driver of a black Toyota Tacoma became angry while trying to pass another vehicle, then pulled a handgun from the truck’s center console and aimed it at the victims.
A deputy responding to the call spotted the suspect vehicle moments later turning toward the Cumberland Farms gas station on MC Davis Boulevard.
