Autauga County teen convicted on gun possession charges under Alabama Criminal Enterprise Act

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A teenager from Autauga County has been convicted on gang-related gun possession charges under Alabama’s Criminal Enterprise Act, according to Attorney General Steve Marshall.

AG Marshall announced Tuesday that Tryone Davis, 19, pleaded guilty to one count of knowingly possessing a firearm during the commission of a criminal act intended to benefit a criminal enterprise.

Davis, according to AG’s Office, was a member of the “Cosby Court Cartel,” a street gang that operates in Autauga and Montgomery counties…
