ALABAMA — The search for a Scottsboro man missing since May ended tragically on Saturday. Authorities confirmed that 73-year-old James “Tobey” Jenkins, who had been unaccounted for since May 13, was found dead.
Jenkins was last seen in the area of Poplar Street in Scottsboro.
