WETUMPKA, Ala. (WSFA) – The city of Wetumpka is getting a financial boost to support the development of the Wetumpka impact Crater, one of the state’s most significant geological and tourism assets.
The funds, made available through the Alabama Power Foundation, will go toward developing a trail system to improve public access, educational programming and visitor experiences.
