MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Law enforcement officials are asking for the public’s help locating a fugitive, according to CrimeStoppers 215-STOP.
United States Marshals are searching for Franklin Delano Riley Jr., 34. Riley is wanted by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office for felony attempting to elude.
Riley is described as 5′9 and 175 lbs.
