A 62-year-old Tennessee man arrested after marriage to 16-year-old approved by parents

WKRN News 2 reporter Andy Cordan is reporting on a case out of Pulaski and Giles County that reads like a legal whiplash story: a marriage that may have been approved in one state, and then turned into a serious criminal charge once the couple returned home.

Cordan says a 62-year-old man, identified by investigators as Michael D. Holley, was arrested and charged with aggravated statutory rape involving a 16-year-old girl.
