JR Bowling announced his candidacy for Alabama State Senate District 4, according to a press release. Bowling said he is launching a grassroots campaign that focuses on accountability, infrastructure and restoring trust in state government.
Formally kicking off his campaign just 12 days before Christmas, Bowling drew a “standing-room only” crowd at a local restaurant with entertainment and speakers.
