United Parcel Service, Inc. plans to lay off nearly 130 employees at its facility in Montgomery next year as part of a large wave of job cuts.
UPS spokesperson Karen Tomaszewski Hill confirmed the layoffs with AL.com on Friday. The 118-year-old shipping and logistics company announced the cuts in a notice filed with the state earlier this week.
