COLUMBUS, GA. (WRBL)- While temperatures currently sit in the 60s, we will see those readings cool off later this evening. Plus, a passing system will bring overcast skies later tonight.
These clouds will hang around in our forecast for the start of the workweek. Highs tomorrow will sit in the mid-60s. By Tuesday, those temperatures will rise into the 70s (above average). Tuesday night, a weak front may bring stray showers through the area.
We will still see warm temperatures for the last half of the week. Highs will sit in the mid-70s and lows will be near 60 degrees Friday morning.
Rain chances will begin to increase at the end of the week as we track another cold front. A few pop up showers will be possible on Thursday, but the main line of showers and storms will likely push through Friday PM/Saturday AM.
Behind the strong front, those readings will take another big drop. Get ready for 30s on Sunday morning. …
