Attorney General settles lawsuit against Cullman IV infusion clinic, owners

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall has announced that the state settled a lawsuit with a Cullman-based IV infusion clinic and the clinic’s owners.

In November 2025, a Cullman County Circuit Court approved Marshall’s request for a restraining order against Aurora IV and Wellness after the business was accused of administering “dangerous, unapproved weight loss drugs.”
