The first tornado of 2026 has been confirmed in Alabama from last weekend’s storms.
The National Weather Service in Birmingham said a storm survey has confirmed that an EF-0 tornado touched down in Cleburne County on Saturday, Jan. 10.
There were no injuries reported after the storm, but it did cause some damage in the Mars Hill Community in Cleburne County, not far from the Georgia state line…
