BULLOCK COUNTY, Ala. (WSFA) – A volunteer chaplain with the Alabama Department of Corrections is under arrest on contraband charges, according to ADOC.
The ADOC staff at Bullock Correctional Facility were told Wednesday that Andrew Turner, a volunteer chaplain who is also a former inmate had contraband.
