Montgomery chase suspect accused of stealing phone, dog in home burglary

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – The suspect in the burglary of a Montgomery home, in which a woman’s dog and some electronic devices were stolen, is under arrest after a police chase, according to court documents.

Jordan Conway, 32, is charged with two counts of attempting to elude an officer and possession/receipt of a controlled substance.

Investigators later connected him to the burglary, though burglary charges are not yet reflected on his Montgomery County Jail inmate listing.
