Alabama lawmakers are moving quickly to pass a bill that would increase the penalty for attempting to elude police, with a special emphasis on repeat offenders.
The Alabama House on Tuesday passed the bill by Rep. Reed Ingram, R-Montgomery, by a vote of 103-0 after a short discussion.
