MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ala. (WBMA) — A Bullock County man and former UAB police officer was arrested in connection to a vehicle stolen and theft charges in Jefferson County.
The Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) said 25-year-old Johnny Fowler IV, of Union Springs, was charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle in Montgomery County and First-Degree Theft of Property in Jefferson County.
