Alabama boy to receive life-changing 3D printed prosthetic made by students

A young boy in Alabama is set to receive a life-changing gift from a group of dedicated students in Georgia.

Samuel E. Hubbard Elementary school students are working with “E-Nable” to create prosthetics using 3D printers. Their teacher explained that with two printers running in the computer lab, it takes about three hours to print all the components needed for one hand.
