MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Budget discussions in Montgomery could begin this week at the State House.
Every year, lawmakers have to pass a general fund and a separate education trust fund. Passing the two budgets is the only requirement for the state’s elected leaders each legislative session.
