MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – Old Cloverdale Village Holding LLC, a partnership between several organizations, announced Thursday the core-and-shell completion of Old Cloverdale Village, an 11,000-square-foot redevelopment project in the heart of Montgomery’s historic Old Cloverdale District.
Situated along East Fairview Avenue, Old Cloverdale Village will serve as a neighborhood retail hub, adding to the area’s existing character and charm while supporting long-term viability for current and future residents.
