ALABAMA — Thousands of homes and businesses across Alabama are without electricity Monday morning as utility crews worked to restore service across the state.
According to data from PowerOutage.us, 17,614 customers across Alabama are reported without power out of more than 2.6 million customers tracked statewide, representing about 0.68% of all customers.
Among Alabama’s 67 counties, Tallapoosa County reported the highest number of outages with 2,007 customers without electricity.
