Alabama man, 88, with dementia lost somewhere in Mississippi, family says

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) – A central Alabama man who has early onset dementia may be lost somewhere in Mississippi, according to his family, and they’re urging people to help find him.

Robert “Bob” Landers left his home in Lowndes County, Alabama, Saturday morning to go to the driving range but he never came home, his family says.

Landers, 88, last made contact with family around 2 a.m. Sunday, telling them he was lost somewhere in Mississippi. He reported not feeling well and was confused about his exact location or how to get home.

Family says his phone has since been turned off…
