Montgomery Police Chief James Graboys has announced an arrest in a triple shooting as he presents updated crime statistics during his media briefing today.
Graboys announced that one of the three suspects police were looking for in a triple shooting that happened on March 15 on South Court Street has been arrested. He says a 17-year-old is being charged with assault first degree, firing a gun into an occupied building, firing a gun into an occupied vehicle, and firing a gun into an unoccupied vehicle.
Looking at recent crime statistics, Graboys says year-to-date, violent crime is down 16%, robberies are down 38% and property crimes are down 17.2%…
