A Luverne man was killed Sunday morning in a Montgomery County crash, authorities said.
The single-vehicle crash happened 8:28 a.m. March 22 when Charles S. Summerlin, 71, was fatally injured when the 2022 GMC Sierra 3500 pickup he was driving left the roadway and struck two trees, said Capt. Jeremy Burkett, spokesman for the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency.
