State Rep. Arnold Mooney removed from caucus meeting over alleged recording

MONTGOMERY – Tensions have risen in the Alabama House after state Rep. Arnold Mooney was removed from a closed-door caucus meeting on Wednesday, April 1 in Montgomery.

The removal came after Mooney was allegedly caught using his phone to record the closed-door meeting, one which was centered around the future of legislation related to the Alabama Public Service Commission.
