MILLBROOK, Ala. (WSFA) – It may not look like much yet, but hundreds of families will soon call the land on the hill above Millbrook’s Publix and Walmart home.
It’s called the Overlook Subdivision, and it’s set to feature 452 residential lots on 315 acres. Not only does it overlook the strip of shops on Highway 14, but you also get a clear view of I-65 on the other side.
The land was recently rezoned for Planned Unit Development by the city council…
