Much needed rain is ahead for the weekend. There will be plenty of dry time, so it won’t be a washout the entire time. Temperatures are also expected to cool significantly after wrapping up the warmest work week of the year so far.
For tonight we’ll remain quiet. Look for partly cloudy and dry conditions with overnight temperatures dropping back into the low to mid 60s.
Saturday will start dry in the morning. Some showers are possible in NW Alabama by early afternoon and we’ll begin to see widespread rain and storms moving in from Mississippi after 3pm. Ahead of the wet weather expect to see temperatures reach the mid 80s…
