The National Weather Service has isssued red flag warnings in nine states across the Midwest as temperatures continue to rise and humidity drops in particularly windy regions.
The warnings suggest “critical fire conditions” are possible in many of these areas, with residents urged not to burn anything outdoors for the next few days.
