WESTMORELAND, Tenn. (WSMV) – A man is facing nearly 150 years in prison after he was convicted of raping and sexually molesting a child over multiple years in West Virginia and Tennessee, according to Sumner County District Attorney General Thomas Dean.
Michael Clifford Cecil, 46, was convicted Thursday by a Sumner County jury of continuous sexual abuse of a child, rape of a child and four counts of aggravated sexual battery following a three-day trial.
