Changes in plans for Murfreesboro Kroger resonating with neighbors

MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WKRN) — Plans for a new development in Murfreesboro are moving forward, and neighbors could see some infrastructure improvements as a result.

The development is set to be built on Memorial Boulevard across from the State Farm building.
