NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Drivers in rural Middle Tennessee will soon have access to additional roadside assistance as the Tennessee Department of Transportation expands its Rural Service Patrol program into the region.
The expansion begins this weekend in TDOT’s Region 3 and is expected to be fully operational by July. The patrol will cover more than 870 miles of interstate across Tennessee.
