Kroger Project Advances in Murfreesboro Following Site Plan Revisions

A proposed Kroger development on Memorial Boulevard across from the State Farm building in Murfreesboro is one step closer to becoming a reality after revised site plans received initial approval, according to WKRN News.

Following the council’s decision to defer the proposal, Kroger revised the plans to include retention ponds and a redesigned drainage system, according to WKRN News.

The television station also reports that the updated site plan moves the store closer to Memorial Boulevard, creating more separation from neighboring homes while reducing the parking lot by approximately 30 to 60 spaces.
