KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WATE) — The Tennessee Highway Patrol has released a list of planned sobriety checkpoints in East Tennessee for the month of August.
State law requires that law enforcement agencies publicly announce details of plans to conduct sobriety checkpoints in advance. Information on THP checkpoints is typically shared on social media and on the Tennessee Highway Patrol website.
