MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WGNS News) – Murfreesboro Police are asking a fairly straightforward question: “Do you know this woman?” Detectives would apparently like to have a conversation with her about a shopping trip to Sunglass Hut that police say ended with more than $7,500 worth of high-end sunglasses leaving the store without the equally important part of the transaction – the payment, cash or card. Police took to social media Tuesday asking for the public’s help identifying a woman wanted for questioning in connection with a theft at the Sunglass Hut on Medical Center Parkway.
According to Murfreesboro Police, the incident happened Aug. 5. Investigators allege the woman concealed and took several pairs of high-end sunglasses valued at more than $7,500 without paying for them. Again, that was a whopping $7,500 worth of sunglasses…
