NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WBBJ) – Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett announced Monday that summaries of the three proposed constitutional amendments appearing on the November 3, 2026, ballot are now available on the Secretary of State’s website, GoVoteTN.gov .
The summaries, prepared by Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti, are intended to help voters better understand each proposed amendment before Election Day. Tennessee voters are encouraged to review the summaries and proposed amendments and plan ahead for the November 3, 2026, election.
