MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WGNS) – Rutherford County Sheriff’s Office (RCSO) deputies assigned to the Strategies and Tactics for Opioid Prevention (STOP) Unit seized six illegally possessed firearms during a warrant operation on Monday (September 14th). SCROLL DOWN TO SEE LARGER PHOTO.
Deputies were originally serving outstanding felony warrants when they discovered a subject in illegal possession of multiple firearms. The discovery prompted STOP Unit deputies to obtain a search warrant for the location.
