MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (WGNS) – Main Street Murfreesboro is holding its free Friday Night Live concert on the east side of the Historic Downtown Public Square on Friday (September 25th).
The event starts at 6:30 p.m. with a performance by Mixtape, an 80s tribute party band based in Middle Tennessee. The band will play dance hits until 9:30 p.m.
Organizers scheduled the show following weather disruptions earlier in the season. Main Street Murfreesboro canceled the Friday, August 7th, concert due to lightning and rainstorms. To make up for lost time, organizers added another concert to the schedule on Friday, October 16th.
