Equitable Property Company and Chapman Capital have announced six new tenants for Sewarts Landing—the $400 million, 44-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Sam Ridley Parkway and Highway 41 in Smyrna. The announcement comes as the development welcomes its first businesses to open: Jonathan’s Grille and City Barbecue.
The new businesses include Harvey’s NY Bagels, Teriyaki Madness, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Paris Baguette, Club Pilates and Brew Y’all, a Mobile, Alabama-based coffee concept.
Other expected Sewarts Landing tenants include Sprouts Farmers Market, Wawa, Wilson Bank & Trust, Keke’s Breakfast Cafe, Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, Scissors & Scotch, and Encore Nails…
